The mission of adish represents our purpose as an institution to solve social issues that arise within the realm of information technology. Our vision exists to guide us in the longer term for what we aim to accomplish. Our values are for all adish employees to recognize their daily work as steps to move towards what are company aims to be.

With the advancement of technology, there are many new different channels of communication and social media today. This has given way to a generation with limitless access to information, and connections across the world.

As much as this is wonderful, new changes bring in new challenges. Sometimes these connections that are made can be negative. Whether it is cyberbullying or fake news, adish believes that as a society, we must always continue to challenge to eliminate such negative use of connections.

This is why adish’s mission is to provide a “Delight in Every Connection”. At any time, generation, or place, we will work to maintain the delight in a connected world.

adish is an organization built upon our mission, "Delight in Every Connection". We are a group of individuals gathered together with a variety of personalities but united with the passion to make turn our mission into reality. adish is a space where individuals have the freedom to pursue careers and ideal work styles.

For adish, “information” is more than mere words or images or facts. Information can be embedded in non-verbal, emotional connections, such as a feeling of trust between two people who feel comfortable sharing their feelings with each other.

We live at a time where information and communication technology has an ongoing impact on personal relationships, lifestyles, and on society as a whole. Fast-paced technology can create problems and can solve them as well, often disrupting organizational and industrial structures in unpredictable ways.

Interpretation and the platform or methods to obtain such information will differ, depending on a person’s background. The quality and quantity of the information will also differ. Identical information read by two different people may result in two completely different interpretations. When proper emotions fail to come through, important points are lost in conveyance, and there is a risk of information being misunderstood. This shortcoming is especially apparent online, where anyone with an internet connection can spread information, and depending on one’s skills and personal agenda, can do so for questionable means.

Technology is necessary, but insufficient. The danger of disinformation, misinformation, or miscommunication cannot be over-emphasized. We are here to fix these issues with the use of technology, ultimately to provide clarity of verbal or non-verbal communication between people.

With our services, we strive to solve problems and satisfy not only ourselves, but also society, our clients, and their end users.
What we think is best may not necessarily be the best step for the client.
We do not claim to know exactly what actions can be taken in order to create delight. 
We listen to the voices of our clients, observe and analyze the background and details of the situation, and 'discover' not only observable issues, but also hidden ones that also need to be addressed.

We strive to provide "Delight in Every Connection", and for access and interpretation of the data that matters to feel as smooth "As in Your Hometown".
Realizing this is no easy feat - it is a thorn-filled path fraught with conflict, friction, and contradictions in both social trends and the workplace.
We must look head-on towards the hard facts, and keep asking ourselves what our ideals are, and how to achieve them. We must first picture the ideal we want to make into our future, plan backwards and set signposts, so that we may continue moving forward.

Action


Even after "discovering" unseen issues, and mapping out "ideals", if we do not take action and continue working towards the solution, we cannot change anything.
This is why the necessary steps must be taken.
Even if the results of taking action do not reach the 'ideals', we objectively reflect and analyze points of improvement, and continue moving forward.
Rather than criticize without action, we continue to be on the forefront of implementation.
