To give more freedom in how to work, instead of "days", we allow for paid leave to be taken by the hour. This flexibility allows for adish employees to balance their personal lives together with work.
Certification Support
Any adish employee that is studying for a certification in their profession can receive 50,000 Japanese yen a year from the company to support their studies.
Language Learning Support
For anyone that individually studying a language other than their native tongue, the company provides 50,000 Japanese yen as support.
Inhouse Training
Professionals in the company set seminars for anyone within the company to provide lectures. Topics vary from recent security updates to meeting facilitation methods, and all adish employees are free to join.
Feedback Evaluation
We believe all employees should be evaluated on the base that each person is an integral part of the business, with as much responsibility Thus, performances are evaluated through personal goals and targets that are set by each individual together.
Cafe Meeting
A program where anyone can have a meeting to talk frankly with upper management regarding their “adishional value sheet”. The time is usually spent to discuss personal strengths, how to leverage careers and other profession-related topics.
